• Four-Stage Verification: We adhere to a rigid four-stage verification system that catches errors before they happen. Client cooperation in providing timely, accurate documents is mandatory for this system to function.

3. Marketing Communications & Digital Tracking Consent

By providing your contact information and interacting with our website, you acknowledge and agree to our digital practices:

• Communications: You consent to receive updates, advisories, and promotional materials via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time.
• Analytics & Advertising: You acknowledge that we employ Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixels, and Conversions API (CAPI) to track website interactions and attribute marketing efforts. • Provide 100% truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• Disclose all past application histories, refusals, and complexities.
• Understand that submitting fraudulent documents or intentionally withholding facts violates our core values and RCIC integrity, resulting in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Financial Terms & Retainers

Professional fees are outlined comprehensively in your specific Retainer Agreement. Fees compensate for our professional time, strategic roadmap development, and the implementation of our verification systems. Government fees are separate and non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

eHouse Immigration Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for damages, financial losses, or application delays caused by IRCC processing fluctuations, changes in federal or provincial law, third-party assessment delays, or client failure to provide required documentation.

8. Governing Law

Rooted in one of Canada’s most welcoming regions, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
