Who is Eligible for Spousal Work

You may meet sowp requirements if your spouse or partner is:

A full-time international student at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) enrolled in an eligible program

A PGWP holder currently employed in a skilled role (eligibility varies by job classification)

Valid passport

A foreign worker holding a valid work permit in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation
